  • Chemicals for Pulp Paper and Board
Tailored designs, features and material selections to meet the most demanding pumping, mixing, and agitation challenges in the production and preparation of chemicals, tall oil production, and lignin processing.

  • Condensate extraction pump (CEP) for biomass firing
Condensate extraction pumps (CEP) extract the condensate water from the condenser and pump it through the condensate polishing system and the LP heaters to the de-aerator feed water tank. In medium to large size gas-fired combined-cycle power plants, the CEP are vertical canned type to ensure enough Net Positive Suction Head Available (NPSHA). In small power plants, the CEP could also be horizontal end-suction type.

  • Condensate re-injection pump for geothermal plants
The condensate re-injection pump re-injects the cold condensate into the geothermal field to renew the resources.

  • Foam forming
We provide advanced equipment for executing and developing sustainable foam forming applications for wood, pulp, textiles, and bio-based products.

  • Heat transfer fluid pump
Heat transfer fluid pump (HTF) pumps circulate thermal oil through the parabolic troughs to heat it up and pump it to the solar steam generator. The main characteristics of the HTF pumps are their high temperature and their double sealing system. Depending on the plant size, HTF pumps can be either double or end suction type.

  • Pre-treatment
Before reaching the RO Island, where specifically the desalination process will take place, raw water needs to be treated to ensure the required quality of the raw water to avoid fouling the RO membranes.

  • Product water transfer
After post treatment, product water is pumped to the storage tanks or into the water distribution networks.

  • RO-Island HPP 2nd pass
This is the heart of the SWRO desalination process, where the desalination effect takes place. The treated sea water is fed by means of the high pressure pumps into the RO membranes, obtaining permeate or product water and high pressure brine rejection, whose high pressure energy is recovered by selected Energy Recovery Device.
