Sulzer offers a wide range of double suction axially split pumps, which includes both single and multistage designs. Each product range has special design features for targeted industry applications.

Sulzer axial split single stage, two stage and multistage pumps are used for cooling water, boosting, pipeline, boiler feed and CO2 injection.

HPDM Axially Split Volute Casing Pump — HPDM axially split volute pumps are tailor-made and are extensively used to transport large volumes of liquid over long distances and high geodetic heights as in water and oil pipelines. They are available in single stage or various multistage configurations with single- or double suction impellers.

API 610 BB1 reliability in general service pumps — The HSA API 610 (ISO 13709) Type BB1 is an axially split, single stage, horizontal, double suction, between bearing pump. The Sulzer HSA product range is ideal for long term continuous running services in refineries and pipelines. Its robust casing and custom hydraulics are specifically designed to ensure maximum availability and reduced total life cycle costs. The HSAv with its vertical shaft is used offshore where deck space is limited.

ISO 13709 (API 610) BB1 - HSB Single Stage Horizontal Axially Split Between Bearings Pump — The HSB API 610 (ISO 13709) Type BB1 is an axially split, single stage, horizontal, between bearing pump. Many HSB pumps are in service on crude oil pipelines in many parts of the world. Its robust casing and custom hydraulics are specifically designed to meet project requirements.

MSD Axially Split Multistage Pump — The MSD pump has the broadest hydraulic coverage of any BB3 type multistage pump in the market. There are over 10 000 MSD pumps installed in product pipelines, boiler feed, water injection and even nuclear safety-related services around the globe.

MSD-RO axially split multistage pump — The MSD-RO is the result of Sulzer’s experience in supplying high pressure pumps for large SWRO plants worldwide, with a total of 2.5 million m3/d installed capacity. It is a two stage, split casing, single suction pump, mainly for high pressure membrane feed in SWRO desalination applications.

MSN-RO axial split multistage membrane feed pump — The MSN-RO membrane feed pumps have a proven, robust design that has been fine-tuned over years of operating in the desalination sector.

SMD potable water treatment pump with drinking water certificates - standard version — The SMD water pumps are available as standard and configured pumps to meet the demands of different water applications. With a best-in-class hydraulic design, the SMD pumps can take on challenges in raw, clean, sea and brackish water applications. The clean water pumps have ACS and NSF 61 drinking water certifications.

ISO 13709 (API 610) BB1 - SMH Axially-Split Single Stage Pump — SMH pumps are part of the broad single stage, double suction, horizontal split case family within Sulzer. Flowrates are provided to over 11,000 m3/h (50,000 GPM) and heads to over 200m (650 ft).

SZM Between Bearings Double Suction Centrifugal Pump — SZM and SZMV pump series provide good reliability during continuous operation and handle clean or slightly polluted fluids in water, wastewater and other industrial applications.

ZPP double suction axially split single stage centrifugal pump — ZPP double-suction axially split single-stage centrifugal pumps are used for demanding high-capacity industrial applications to ensure process reliability, high efficiency, and low operating costs
