Process services

Over many years we have developed an in-depth knowledge of the processes around our proprietary equipment, and building on this, we are able to provide you with a host of services, including feasibility and debottlenecking studies, process validations in our test centers, and basic engineering.

Polymerization pilot unit — During process development, existing or new proposed process concepts often have to be validated in laboratory or pilot tests. In this regard, we offer testing services in our state-of-the-art test centers for all kinds of separation process evaluation tests.

Simulation output of a conceptual engineering study — We provide studies and conceptual designs to support you in the development of a new or improved separation process, with changes in feed conditions, or new product specifications. With our extensive know-how and unique range of separation technologies, we help you to find the best solution.

Sulzer offices and building in Winterthur with blue sky — Sulzer operates world-class facilities to develop technologies for polymerization reactions and devolatilization, as well as for mixing and heat transfer in highly-viscous media. We tailor our pilot plants to your requirements and demonstrate both feasibility and scale-up for industrial-scale projects.
