KEY TOPICS
Reducing the total cost of ownership through strategic partnerships for reliable long-term operations
In today’s industrial landscape, companies are under pressure to maximize operational efficiency while minimizing costs. The total cost of ownership (TCO) for equipment extends far beyond the initial purchase price and the cost of owning and maintaining equipment can quickly escalate if not managed effectively. But what if you could significantly reduce these costs while enhancing efficiency and reliability across all your critical assets? Join us to learn how Sulzer’s expanded capabilities—spanning beyond pumps to turbines, motors, and generators—can optimize every stage of your equipment's lifecycle. Discover how strategic partnerships can help you minimize downtime and boost long-term profitability.
Speed matters: Minimizing downtime to maximize profitability
Every minute of downtime costs money. Delays in response time, long lead times for spare parts, and slow turnaround on repairs can result in extended outages, putting your bottom line at risk. Are you confident that your current strategies minimize these costly disruptions? Join us to explore how speed, expertise, and availability can make a difference when it comes to reducing outage times and keeping your operations running smoothly. Learn how rapid response, on-time delivery, fast turnaround solutions and skilled on-site service can help you minimize downtime. Discover the value of partnering with a provider that understands the urgency of your needs and has the innovative engineering capabilities to meet them.
Your pump needs more love: Ignoring energy efficiency could be costing you big time
Pumps are constantly working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly, from water and power generation to fuel, chemicals, and food processing. But let’s face it, they often don’t get the attention they deserve. When overlooking pumps, you might be missing out on some major opportunities. With up to 90% of a pump’s lifecycle cost tied to energy use, overlooking their efficiency could be costing you big time. Explore how small improvements in pump efficiency can lead to major savings, reduced downtime, and lower carbon footprint.
From breakdown to breakthrough: Predictive maintenance for maximum uptime
Relying on reactive maintenance strategies can be a costly gamble. When equipment fails unexpectedly, it leads to unplanned downtime, lost revenue, and increased operational risks. With growing pressure to maximize asset efficiency and minimize downtime, the question becomes: How can you move from simply fixing problems to preventing them altogether? Join us to explore how transitioning from reactive to predictive maintenance can transform your maintenance strategy and reduce your operational risks.
Additive manufacturing: How can innovation transform the performance of aging assets
Unlocking new levels of performance in aging equipment is a tangible reality. As installed industrial infrastructure matures, the challenge lies in enhancing efficiency, reliability, and sustainability without costly overhauls. Cutting-edge engineering innovations, like additive manufacturing are transforming the potential of mature assets. To illustrate how these advancements take equipment performance and speed of installation to new heights, we will show real, 3D printed components, and we will share a real success story, an additively manufactured pump impeller installed at French nuclear plant.
