Peter Löscher (Chairman), Klaus Sturany, Matthias Bichsel, Thomas Glanzmann, Jill Lee, and Marco Musetti are up for re-election for a further one-year term of office. Luciano Respini has decided to step down at the Annual General Meeting 2015 after serving on the Board of Directors for ten years. |
