Professional background

Marcel Reinhard was appointed General Counsel of Sulzer and member of the extended Executive committee on January 1, 2023. Marcel has joined Sulzer (Sulzer Metco AG) in 2005 and held several positions including Head Sales Services and Legal Support, Division Contract and Compliance Officer as well as General Manager. In 2013 Marcel served as Head Risk Management and Compliance (Sulzer Management AG). In 2019 he became Chief Compliance Officer and in addition to that Deputy General Counsel (2022). Prior to that Marcel worked as consultant (Best Services Sarl) for various European companies.
