Professional background

Michael Schüepp joined Sulzer as Head of Ventures on October 1, 2022, and became a member of the extended Sulzer Executive Committee on January 1, 2023. Before joining Sulzer, he built up and headed the engineering services division at BKW AG, Bern (2015 to 2022). Michael Schüepp previously managed his own companies until their sales in 2005 and subsequently took on various management roles in medium-sized family-owned companies, as well as in the telecommunications industry, and was a non-executive director for various private equity companies.
